0-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be completely happy with your UpNourish purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt. Items can be returned opened or unopened, provided you have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Beyond 30 Days:

After the initial 30-day window, returns are accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us to arrange these returns.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, email us at care@healthappinessnutrition.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

For approved returns, securely package your items and ship them to:

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. UpNourish is not responsible for lost or delayed returns. Shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

For the fastest exchange, return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund. Once UpNourish has processed the refund, any delays or issues are the responsibility of your financial institution.
