I had spent literal YEARS taking PreserVision Areds 2, and have never had the benefit I've gotten from just under a month ago from these UpNourish Areds 2+
I have a vitreous detachment in my right eye that has been obscurring my vision for over a year now. I was told by my ophthalmalogist that it would require surgery to fix, but unless they're already doing surgery for something else with my eyes, it wouldn't really be worth it.
After taking these since the October 4, I have noticed a significant improvement in the reduction of that annoying blur floating around in my right eye. My vision seems clearer, and I'm not using eye drops as often.
What I like about these is the addition of Astaxanthin, which can improve tear film stability of the eyes, help repair the cornea, and improve the function of the oil glands in the eyelids, and can also help with eye strain.
UpNourish Areds 2+ also has Omega 3 fish oil, so be sure to watch this if you have fish allergies or need to stay away from blood thinners, which EPA and DHA are, but the doses in this are so small.
While I do regularly take an Omega 3 supplement every other day, I really like that they added those in these supplements.
